Claire Dawson-Pick

Claire graduated from the University of Birmingham and trained in Birmingham City Centre. After qualifying she joined a firm in Newmarket and worked in the racehorse industry as a litigation solicitor. She joined Penningtons in London as a licensing solicitor and then moved to another firm to head up their commercial litigation department where she was made a Partner. After moving to Buckinghamshire with her family she worked in the Thames Valley. Claire has extensive High Court experience, and her reported cases include her work in the Court of Protection and in Property, Professional negligence and Commercial disputes.

Claire is also a lecturer in civil litigation and joined Penman Sedgwick in 2022 as a consultant in their litigation department. She speaks French and German.
