2020 A-level appeal – what you can do if you are not happy with your grades

With exams and assessments being cancelled this year due to coronavirus (Covid-19) and many students concerned about the grades they have been given, many families will be considering whether to take further action or start an A-level appeal.

If you have concerns about how your child’s grades have been calculated, we can advise you with regard to the appeal and complaints process for malpractice or maladministration (including bias) or discrimination.

For more information, please contact our Education Partner, Jacqueline Alderton: jalderton@penmansedgwick.com. Jacqueline would be happy to discuss your concerns and offer her expert opinion on your exam grades appeals, and help you to solve your disputes as quickly as possible.

If you need any advice please contact us, and we will respond as soon as possible, or call us on 01923 225212.
