Ian Graham

Ian is an Associate Solicitor and Head of Criminal Law. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and has held Higher Rights of Audience (Criminal Proceedings) since 2009.

Ian specialises in pre-charge representation and crisis management. He has particular experience in representing professional clients under investigation in relation to all aspects of crime. He accepts instructions at the earliest stages of investigations in order to give his clients the best opportunity of being diverted away from the criminal justice system.

Ian is a specialist military lawyer and defends military personnel at RMP investigations and at the Court Martial across the UK and abroad.

Ian also presents cases across a broad range of regulatory complaints. He represents professionals facing disciplinary hearings by their professional regulators.

Ian is a member of the Solicitors Association of Higher Court Advocates (SAHCA); Association of Regulatory & Disciplinary Lawyers (ARDL); is a former Chair of Forces Law and committee member of the Association of Military Court Advocates (AMCA).

In his spare time Ian enjoys golf; long weekends in Europe and cooking.
