Kamran Shah
Over the years he has gained experience in all aspects of freehold and leasehold Residential Conveyancing and is proactive in liaising with clients and third parties on matters. He is able to deal with lease extensions, shared ownership leases, equity releases, new builds, auction acquisitions and disposals as well as Deeds of Variation and other residential property related matters. Kamran regularly acts for first-time buyers, clients moving up the property ladder and property investors and is attentive in attending to the particular needs of his clients.
He also advises clients on Commercial Property acquisitions and disposals, refinancing, grants of new Leases as well as the sale and purchases of small businesses.
Away from the office (and his 3 children) Kamran enjoys walking, cycling and the outdoors.
