Crisis Management

The ‘golden hours’ in a crisis situation are often the first 48 to 72 hours. The decisions taken at this crucial time will manifest in how your crisis resolves itself. If the crisis has occurred to you or loved one abroad, we will immediately open lines of communication with the relevant authorities so that you know you are not alone. We will work collaboratively with local law enforcement agencies and lawyers as the situation dictates. If you are unfortunate enough to have been arrested abroad and held in custody, we will advise you of your rights and make sure you receive the best independent legal advice. If you are abroad and have been requested to attend an interview under caution by the UK authorities, or there is a warrant for your arrest, we will manage your entry into the country and make all necessary arrangements for your interview.
The credibility and reputation of your business will be enhanced with effective responses during crisis situation. Planning for the worst case with a clear strategy will help manage the risk associated with crisis situations. Your businesses’ exposure to regulatory or criminal risk will increase without effective systems in place. We will work as a team with your business to provide tailored systems and processes to make your business ready to deal with a crisis situation.
