The Property Development team at Penman Sedgwick has considerable experience of acquiring land intended for development – both residential and commercial.

As such we are able to advise on all aspects of site assembly ranging from ‘simple’ purchases to more complex option agreements and conditional contracts including, for instance, overage – whether you are a landowner or a developer.

We also have experience in dealing with subsequent plot sales following completion of the development, whether those sales relate to freehold or leasehold units.

In addition, we are able to advise you on planning agreements such as Unilateral Undertakings, Section 106 Agreements and other statutory agreements relating to your development, including Section 278 Agreements.
